Which payment methods are accepted ?
You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery, UPI and Wallet transactions like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay etc. to make your purchase.
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries.
What are your delivery charges ?
Rs.40 charge for delivery per item is applied, if the order value is less than Rs 100. While, orders of Rs 100 or above are delivered free.
How long does it take for me to receive my order ?
Most orders are shipped within 3-7 Days of receiving the order or will notify the customer about expected shipping date.
How do I track the status of my order ?
The order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately. You can track the status your order by going to My account > Orders > View > Track. Alternatively, the order can also be tracked using the <Track Order> link providing your order ID and billing e-mail.
Does GreyMarket deliver internationally ?
As of now, GreyMarket doesn’t deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

I received the wrong item
If the product(s) you receive are different from the product(s) you ordered, no questions asked you can return the item.
The first thing you need to do is contact us, by mail. Please send us as much information as possible. Include your order number, which product you ordered and what you received instead. Include pictures of the product label(s), and the picking slip.

My order arrived damaged
We use high quality materials and standard procedures to pack the product, so that we can ensure packages will not be damaged in transit. If, despite our best efforts to carefully prepare your order, it arrives damaged than it’s our responsibility to replace the same with a new one after arrival. Please accept our sincere apologies. What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address ?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been shipped.
We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it ?
Once you’ve submitted your order, it’s not possible to edit the items in your order or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want.
